Availability: All games must be pre-booked

as Staff are only onsite for booked groups

Terms & Conditions

 

• If Laserforce is unable to provide the service booked then the customer has the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

 

• All on-line bookings must be made in at least 15 hrs in advance in order to arrange staff and prepare the site.  Telephone bookings can be made on the day - subject to arena and staff availability.

 

• We will telephone all booked customers up to 2 weeks prior to the booked date to confirm details before taking payment for a private hire or a £16 deposit for games bookings.

Any additional charges for snack deals or extra players are paid on the day.

 

• If we are unable to make contact then the booking may be cancelled, so please ensure contact details on the booking are correct.

 

• All payments to be made by Card or BACS (Contact arena for BACS details)

 

• A confirmation e mail will be sent on receipt of the booking payment

 

• Customers can cancel up to 48 hrs before the booking time or reschedule any time prior to the booking.

 

• Exclusive hire includes supervisory staff and use of the reception area, armoury and games arena, but does not include kitchen and party rooms.

 

• Except for private hire, there may be more than one group on site and in the games.

 

• Groups should not arrive earlier than 15 minutes before their booked time and must leave within 15 minutes after the booked time.  This will allowed time for the staff to swap over the battle suits and clean the reception area between groups.

 

• The booked time is not flexible, if any groups members or a delivery of food is late then the time can not be extended.

 

• Hot and cold drinks, confectionary and a limited range of hot food is available however customers may arrange or bring in their own food and drink. Please note that no facilities are available for storage or reheating of food.

 

• All players can receive a membership card as part of the booking, the membership form is available here

 

• Laserforce does not have it’s own car park, there are payment car parks adjacent to the arena.

 

2026 Private Hire of the Laserforce Facility

For exclusive use of the Laserforce Reception and Arena

       1 Hour  = £210,  inclusive of up to 20 players

      2 Hours = £360, inclusive of up to 24 Players

      1 Hour  = £240,  inclusive of up to 20 players

      2 Hours = £400, inclusive of up to 24 Players

Number of laser-tag games will depend on how long you want for refreshment and playing on the Arcades (Arcades included in price)

Arcades are for booked laser-tag groups and not available for general public use

Although we offer a range of snacks and refreshments

You are more than welcome to order in or

provide your own snacks and refreshments

No facilities are available for storage or re-heating of food.
